During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
We offer free complimentary shipping on all orders over 300 Euro. Choose option Free Shipping at checkout.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
Please note Archive sale items are non refundable from outside the EU. This wont effect your right to a full refund for items purchased from main collection. Returns of items from the Archive sale are subject to 15 Euro handling fee.
To return or exchange items, contact us at shop@cmmn-swdn.com with your order number and specify if its a return or an exchange and we will send out return shipping labels.
When your return has been received, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.cmmn-swdn.com
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts. You may cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive your Items. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before your Items have been dispatched, please email your cancellation marked ‘urgent cancellation’ to shop@cmmn-swdn.com and list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
