CMMN SWDN operates Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays, and will process your order in the shortest time possible. During peak season, processing time may take longer than usual due to high demand. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

Taxes & custom duties

Orders outside of the EU are shipped DDP (delivery duty paid), meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the final price and your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

Please note that since international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.

Returns

Items purchased at cmmn-swdn.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned including their original packaging intact and the original tags still attached to each item.
• CMMN SWDN reserves the right to reject any returns that does not meet the above criteria. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
• The return shipping cost of €15 will be deducted from your refund.
• No return on sale items on order from outside the EU. 

Register a return

To return or exchange an item, please email us at shop@cmmn-swdn.com

• State your order number, as well as the style and size you wish to return.
• Once your return request has been registered, you will be provided a pre-paid return shipping label.
• Returns from outside the EU: You will be provided three copies of the customs invoice to ensure the parcel will pass through the customs. One copy goes inside the parcel, one attached to the outside of the parcel and give one to carrier personel.
• Place the item(s) inside a solid carton box, preferably the original shipping box and close it securely.
• Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the box over the original shipping label.
• Drop off the parcel at your closest service point. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please register a return and specify which style and size you are returning as well as the style and size you wish to exchange for.

Refunds

All returns fulfilling the above criteria and are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Once delivered to CMMN SWDN, returns may take up to 14 business days to process. Upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be generated. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times. CMMN SWDN will not refund the original shipping cost and/or shipping cost for uncollected packages. 

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts. You may cancel your order within 10 working days after the day on which you receive your Items. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before your Items have been dispatched, please email your cancellation marked ‘urgent cancellation’ to shop@cmmn-swdn.com and list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
